• Voucher is valid from Wed 7 Jan 2026 until Sun 5 Apr 2026, Tue 10am - 5pm, Wed - Thu 10am - 8pm, Fri 10am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 60 mins including consultation. 
• Please note that a blow dry is not included. Hair drying facilities are available to dry your own hair following the appointment.
• If you want a blow dry and style you can add on to your appointment when booking for a supplementary cost; payable direct. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
