Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 4 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Mon - Wed 2:30pm - 10pm, Thu 12:30pm - 10:30pm and Sun 11:30am - 10pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri - Sat.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• WhatsApp / email bookings only. 
• Once booked your voucher is non-refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Strictly aged 18+; no children permitted
• Max of 6 people per session.
• There is no limit to the duration of the activity, but the course lasts approx. 1 hr.  Please arrive 30 mins ahead of your booking slot.
• Option 2: Includes a single measure cocktail, beer, wine or Prosecco each (up to the value of £9.50). Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Wheelchair access available in the venue for food and drinks, but not for the crazy golf course.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
