Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 15 Jan 2026 until Thu 30 Apr 2026, Sun - Thu 1pm - 9pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Fri - Sat.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 23 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Phone bookings only. You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 1 voucher per table.
• Valid on the a la carte menu only. Not valid on drinks. Cannot be used on lunchtime menu or in conjunction with other offers. Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given. Excludes meze sharing platters.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table may be required back after 90mins. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
