Treatments
- Contrast therapy - move between the heat of the sauna and the chill of the cold bath, perfect for deep recovery, stress relief and recharging
- Flotation tank - unplug from the noise and drift into weightless calm with zero-gravity suspension in water, easing muscle tension and reducing stress
- Red light therapy - be bathed in red and near-infrared wavelengths that penetrate deep into the skin and muscles - potential benefits include reduced inflammation, collagen stimulation and improved mood and vitality

- Voucher is valid from Mon 24 Nov 2025 until Sun 5 Apr 2026, Mon - Fri 8am - 7pm, Sat - Sun 8am - 2pm; subject to availability.
- Excludes 24-26, 31 Dec 2025 & 1-2 Jan 2026.
- Voucher / first session must be booked by Fri 20 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Email bookings only.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time for contrast therapy. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability. Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time for all other treatments.
- Flotation tanks: Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
- All other treatments: Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
- Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
- Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
- Please discuss any health concerns directly with centre.
- Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 45mins.
- Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins.
- Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 85mins (45mins contrast therapy, 20mins red light therapy and 20mins massage chair).
- Option 4: Total duration approx. 100mins. Please note this cannot be used in a single session and must be used max 20min sessions. All sessions must be used by one individual and cannot be shared.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- Wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
