• Voucher is valid for departing flights on Fri 24 May 2024 only; subject to availability.
• 3 night hotel stay commences on Fri 24 May 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 26 Apr 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Bookings are non-refundable once booked with World Choice Sports.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please note transfers from the airport to your hotel and to the track are not included.
• Flights:
• Depart: Flights depart on Fri 24 May 2024 at 6:05pm, arriving at 9:45pm (Edinburgh).
• Return: Flights depart on Mon 27 May 2024 at 10:10pm, arriving at 11:50pm (Edinburgh).
• All flights include small hand luggage of 45 x 36 x 20 cm (including any handles or wheels). Hold luggage is available as an upgrade; payable directly.
• You must have a full up-to-date and valid passport and your own worldwide travel insurance to cover you in the event of medical emergencies, flight delays etc.
• You can select seats together if flying with friends; arrange with World Choice Sports.
• Flight times are subject to change.
• Hotel / Grand Prix tickets:
• Includes a Secteur Rocher ticket on Sun 26 May 2024. Please note that this is a standing enclosure. Ticket can be upgraded to the grandstand from £495pp; please discuss directly.
• Includes a 3 night stay at Promotel Carros; subject to change. Hotels can be upgraded from £295pp; please discuss directly.
• Single occupancy rooms available on request for a supplement; please contact World Choice Sports in advance of purchase to obtain correct price.
• Please discuss all medical conditions with World Choice Sports prior to purchase. Health conditions that may require medical clearance are: recent illness, hospitalisation, injury or surgery, existing unstable medical condition, need for additional oxygen or use of medical equipment on board, travelling for medical reasons or treatment.
• Breakfast is not included.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
