• Voucher is valid from Sat 3 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026; subject to availability. Options for Mon - Thu and Fri - Sun can be viewed at checkout.
• Mon - Thu options: Mon - Tue 9am - 6pm, Wed - Thu 9am - 7pm. Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Fri - Sun options: Fri 9am - 7pm, Sat 10am - 6pm, Sun 10am - 5pm. Excludes Mon - Thu.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. Please state your choice of wellness session at time of booking.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Valid at Lothian Road venue only.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Group bookings are subject to availability. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 120mins (60min hot stone or relaxing full body massage and 60min wellness session).
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
