• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Nov 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Mon - Thu 12noon - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Located within Kolours Beauty Bar.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Text or email bookings only. Online bookings will not be accepted. Please state itison voucher when making your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 1 per person.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Over 18s only.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon. Some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Duration: approx 55mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
