Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Sun - Thu 12noon - 8pm, Fri 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Saturdays, bank and school holidays, 16 - 18 Feb & 15 Mar 2026.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Tue 24 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 vouchers / 4 people per table.
• Option 1: Sloans mac & cheese with choice of 2 toppings and fries. Includes a half pint of Pepsi, Pepsi Max or draft lemonade, orange, apple or cranberry each.
• Option 2: Macaroni sharing feast with a 4 toppings, sauces and fries. Includes a bottle of wine to share; alcohol can be substituted with a soft drink.
• Vegetarian and vegan options are available; no gluten or wheat free options are available. Menu is subject to change.
• Tables are required back after 1 hour 30 mins during busy periods.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted in the bistro area when accompanied by adults until 8pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
