• Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Wed 12noon - 8pm, Thu 10am - 8pm, Fri - Tue 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 14 Feb & 15 Mar 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18's only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatments may be adapted for during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss directly before purchase.
• Please note a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins. 
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 85-105mins (75min massage and 10-30min add-on treatment). Please note bamboo massage add-on is only available with Idalice.
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 45mins.
• Includes an ila product each to take home.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
