The Gilded Saloon
- A new local pub from a unique collaboration between some of Scotland’s most prolific arts organisations; Gilded Balloon, Paradise Palms Bars & Events and Kelburn Arts
- Menu created by Tomás Gormley features some of your favourite pub dishes including burgers, pies and local fish, using locally sourced ingredients and suppliers
- Plus a specially selected menu of local beers, wines and spirits including Newbarns, Heverlee, Jubel and East Neuk Spirit Co
