• Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Please note availability may change; please contact directly to confirm desired time. 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Option 1: Suitable during pregnancy in the 2nd and 3rd trimester/breastfeeding; please discuss with the spa directly. Not suitable during the 1st trimester. No recently dyed or vividly dyed hair permitted in the float tank.
• Option 2: Suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• If you are unsure if you can participate please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 60mins. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
