Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Sun - Fri 12noon - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Audio guided tour takes 45 minutes and may be taken before or after your afternoon tea booking, last entry for tours is 3pm.
• Excludes Sat, 5, 24, 29 Jan and 19 Mar 2023.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max 3 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only with tea or coffee each; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, dairy and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with orange or cranberry juice.
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.
• Children permitted; admission for children is £5.50pp and can be purchased directly.
• Please note that tours may be restricted on some dates; if rooms are unavailable on your required date a voucher for a return visit to take the tour will be arranged.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
