• Voucher is valid until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days 11am - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 25, 31 Dec 2025 & 1 Jan 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 12+. For guests under 18 non-alcoholic option is available as a substitute to pint of local beer.
• Duration approx. 75 minutes.
• Max of 20 people per tour. 
• Due to it being a running production and to partially grated floor appropriate clothing/footwear is required. This includes but is not limited to: no high heels, no open footwear & no skirts.
• Weather dependent. 
• Meeting point: Uile-bheist Distillery & Brewery reception
• Accessibility tour available, please advise at time of booking.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
