Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Jan 2026 until Thu 30 Apr 2026, 7 days at 10am, 12:15pm and 1:30pm; subject to availability.
Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Online bookings only; voucher is non-changeable or refundable once booked.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Under 2 years go free and are not included in your group headcount.
Children 0 - 9 years are permitted to hold the lead with a participating adult (18+). 10yrs+ may hold the lead on their own.
Option 1: Duration approx. 60mins; 30min alpaca trek & 30min petting zoo experience.
Option 2: Duration approx. 50mins - 1hr alpaca trek.
Please arrive 10mins before the experience starts.
Max 4 people per group. Treks will include 1 alpaca per booking of 4 people.
Not recommended for pregnant women; a disclaimer will be required to participate.
Photos may be taken during your trek for use on Edenmill's marketing & social media, if you would prefer your party not to be photographed, please alert the trek leader.
Meeting point: Outside the café entrance.
Wheelchair access available. Please discuss requirements direct.
A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
