Voucher is valid from Wed 25 Feb until Sun 31 May 2026; subject to availability.
Options for Mon - Thu, Fri - Sun or 7 day bookings available at checkout and valid as per opening times.
7 day options: £10pp supplement is required for Fri - Sun bookings; payable directly.
Email bookings only. Voucher / first session must be booked by Fri 15 May 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Option 6: Remaining sessions valid for use 6 months from first session.
Valid at West Nile Street venue only.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
Over 16s only.
Group bookings are subject to availability.
Option 6: Sessions only valid for one person; cannot be used by multiple people.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
Option 1-4: Duration: approx. 120mins (60min massage & 60min wellness session).
Option 5: Duration approx. 95mins (30min deluxe facial, 25min express massage & 40min manicure / pedicure)
Option 6: Duration approx. 240mins (6x 40min sessions). Upgrade to 30min LED session for a supplementary charge of £25.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
