Voucher is valid from Mon 13 Apr until Mon 31 Jul 2026, Mon - Wed 10am - 6pm, Thu 10am - 8pm, Fri 10am - 5pm, Sat 9am - 4pm & Sun 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Sat & Sun bookings.
Voucher must be booked by Fri 26 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Phone or email bookings only. Please note staff are in treatments during the day but will respond as soon as possible.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. A supplementary charge is required to reschedule bookings within 48hrs.

Groups of up to 3 people can be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. Some treatments may need to be adapted and/or required a doctor’s note.
Treatment is suitable during 2nd trimester/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
Treatment is not suitable during 1st/3rd trimester when pregnant.
Option 1: Duration approx. 25min.
Options 2 & 3: Duration approx. 50min (1 x 50min treatment OR 2 x 25min treatments).
Options 4 & 5: Duration: approx. 75 mins.
Duration includes consultation and changing time.
Options 1 & 2: Spa access can be purchased on the day for a supplementary charge; payable direct.
Options 3-5: Includes spa access.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
