Voucher is valid from Mon 16 Mar until Sat 4 Jul 2026; Mon - Thu 12noon - 8pm, Fri 11am - 7pm, Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
Excludes Sundays & 7 - 15 May 2026.
Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Over 16s only.
Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Treatment is suitable during breastfeeding or for those in remission.
Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or for cancer sufferers.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa.
Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 60 minutes (2 x 30 minute treatments).
Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 90 minutes (1 x 60 and 1 x 30 minute treatment).
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
