You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission with advance permission from your GP.
Some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins per treatment including consultation time.
Treatments can be substituted for an express facial for a supplementary charge of £15; payable directly.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
