Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Tue 30 Jun 2026, Mon - Fri 12noon - 3.45pm, Sat - Sun 12.30pm - 3.45pm; subject to availability.
A supplementary charge of £5 per voucher (£2.50pp) is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings.
Voucher must be booked 72hrs in advance and by Fri 19 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
Max of 6 people per table.
Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
Prosecco: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
Leisure access: Includes 2hrs leisure access. No robes or slippers included.
Wheelchair access available.

If using the on-site car park please register your car on arrival using the digital portal at reception to obtain a temporary parking permit.
The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
