Starters
- Truffle & mushroom stuffed arancino with black garlic ketchup, rocket and affila cress
- Peppered smoked salmon with compressed cucumber, sweet pickled shallots, caper berries and red pepper puree
- Ham hock press with chicken liver parfait, spiced beetroot chutney and sourdough toast
Mains
- Pan roasted chicken supreme with woodland mushroom cream, thyme roasties, tenderstem broccoli, heritage carrot and port sauce
- Poached sea trout with winter greens, Anna potato and carrot & orange butter sauce
- Soft chive & garlic polenta with charred broccoli, baby courgette, sauteed wild mushrooms, herb oil and crispy onions
Desserts
- Warm chocolate & beetroot cake with milk chocolate cremeux, cherry puree almond tuille
- Baked pear crumble tart with honey ice cream, macerated sultanas, cinnamon cream and caramel sauce
- Iced lemon balm parfait with glazed marmalade cake, Cointreau cream and caramelised orange syrup
