You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Children are classed as ages 17 and under.
Bouldering: Suitable for ages 5+. Under 18s must be supervised by an adult at all times. Includes entry to bouldering centre with no time limit. Shoe hire included.
Family bouldering: Valid for 2 adults and 2 children.
Rope climbing: Suitable for ages 5+. Under 18s must be supervised by an adult, or permission form filled out by adult on arrival to climb unsupervised.
1 adult can supervise up to 2 children.
Please wear comfortable, athletic clothing and avoid loose or baggy clothing. Please remove jewellery before climbing.
Wheelchair access and disabled changing facilities available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
