Voucher is valid from Fri 1 May until Sun 30 Aug 2026, Thu - Sun at 11am, 1pm, 2.30pm or 4pm; subject to availability.
Excludes Mon - Wed.
Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Aug 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Suitable for ages 18+. Please note venue operates on a Challenge 25 policy; if a guest appears under 25, they must provide acceptable ID.
Duration approx. 60mins.
Max of 8 people per group/activity.
Guests must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled tour start time.
Participants must comply with health and safety instructions given by our staff during the tour.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
