Phone or email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Aug 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes prior to treatment time to complete consultation form.
Over 16s only; under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or for cancer sufferers
Treatment is suitable during breastfeeding or for those in remission.
Some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions; please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa.
Treatment duration: approx. 30 - 90 mins.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
