Voucher is valid from Fri 1 May until Mon 31 Aug, Mon - Fri 7am - 10pm, Sat - Sun 9am - 9pm; subject to availability.
Advance booking not required.
Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
Suitable for all ages. Children are classed as 5-17; under 5’s climb for free with a paying adult; includes shoe hire.
Please note for children under 18 one adult must be present for every two children climbing.
Family passes are valid for 2 adults & 2 children; cannot be used for any other configuration.
Includes day pass & shoe hire.
An induction is required prior to climbing; watch the induction video here.
Wheelchair access available; accessible facilities and lift to the café available.
On-site parking available for customers.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
