- Woodland mushroom parfait with focaccia croute, whipped truffle butter and shallot jam
- Warm duck leg confit salad with baby gem, red chicory, pickled radish, candied carrot, summer herbs and pomegranate
- Prawn & scallop ravioli with chive & citrus butter sauce, asparagus shavings and parmesan crumb
Mains
- Roasted pork fillet with pulled pork croquette, wilted spinach, Heritage purple carrot, potato rosti, apple & date puree and cider cream
