Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Aug until Sun 29 Nov 2026, Tue - Sat 10am - 6pm, Sun 11am - 5pm; subject to availability.
Excludes Mondays.
Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Whatsapp bookings only. Please send a message with your preferred date and your itison code.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
Over 16s only.
Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Pamper packages: Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
Pedicure and Hydra facial: Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa.
Pamper packages: Treatment duration: approx. 60 OR 90mins.
Pedicure: Treatment duration: approx. 75mins.
Hydra facial: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
