Hot drink option: Valid Mon - Thu 9am - 3.30pm, Fri 9am - 12noon & Sat - Sun 9am.
Alcohol options: Valid Mon - Thu 11am - 3.30pm & Fri 11am - 12noon.
Voucher must be booked by Tue 8 Dec 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Max of 2 vouchers per table.
Includes a brunch dish each from the main menu; subject to change. Excludes bowls.
A supplementary charge is required for the full shire, estate stack, cold-smoked salmon benedict and everything smoked salmon; payable directly.
Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
Option 1: Includes a hot drink each. Excludes summer specials and matchas.
Option 2: Includes a 175ml glass of Prosecco or mimosa each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
Option 3: Includes a cocktail from the spritz section of the menu each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
Option 4: Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
