Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sep until Mon 30 Nov 2026; subject to availability.
Wash, cut & blow-dry: Valid Mon - Sat 10am - 6pm, Sun 11am - 5pm.
All other treatments: Valid Wed 12noon - 8pm, Sat 10am - 6pm. Excludes Sun - Tue & Thu - Fri.
Voucher must be booked by phone by Fri 13 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Multiple vouchers may be purchased as gifts, but only one voucher may be used per person
Over 16's only.
Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Massage & facial treatments: Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
All other treatments: Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Options 1 & 4: Treatment duration: approx. 30mins.
Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 45-60 minutes including consultation, depending on hair length.
Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins.
Option 5: Treatment duration: approx. 45mins.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
