The time on your ticket is your Santa's grotto timeslot. Aquarium entry is valid from 1 hour before your selected slot.
Suitable for all ages. Children are 2 - 14yrs. Under 2s can enter the aquarium free of charge. Any child aged 0 - 14 wishing to meet Santa and receive a gift must have purchased a child ticket.
Adult tickets can only be purchased when accompanying a child with a valid ticket.
Professional photos are available for a supplementary cost; payable directly.
