Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct until Wed 30 Dec 2026; Mon - Wed & Fri 10am - 7pm, Thu 10am - 8pm, Sun 10am - 5pm; subject to availability.
Excludes Sat, 25-27 Dec 2026.
Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Dec 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
Maximum 1 voucher per person can be used per visit.
Over 16s only.
Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Includes a 2 course lunch from a set menu per person at Chop Grill & Bar located within the hotel; menu subject to change.
Lunch is served between 12noon - 3pm. Treatments can be taken before or after lunch.
Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
