Your chosen piece of jewellery will permanently stay on your wrist; you can return to the studio to have it cut or use a pair of sharp scissors.
Customers must inform the salon of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the appointment. Anyone with a pacemaker fitted or epilepsy should not get welded jewellery.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
