Great friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere and nice location. Cocktail in deal was ok but they do a great range of other delish ones so stayed for a few thank you

Arrived a little early, but Jules quickly found us a booth cocktails arrived promptly and were excellent, the sharing platter was good more than enough for the two of us us though we did order fries as an extra, service and atmosphere good and friendly ,I had a glass of wine of wine to finish. All in all a great experience and would happily repeat it.

Upon arrival we were shown ymto our table, the service was very good, our server was very polite and gave a great service during our visit, all the staff we met were very polite & friendly, from ordering food to drinks we didn't experience any issues and will definitely return.

Lovely setting but service lacking

The cocktails and platter were fine, but the person serving was quite rude when checking the voucher. I was on the 'use paperless voucher' screen and she was very abrupt and dismissive and demanded that I came out of that and went instead to the full details page. She then made a thing about us not being given a full menu, because 'obviously we'd want to add to the platter'....eh, no. My friend ordered the mojito cocktail and asked for less ice. The server argued that if my friend wanted less ice, there was no point in her having the cocktail. There was a tense few seconds and my friend said to just bring it as normal. We then just scooped out some of the ice when it arrived. The attitude of the server kind of spoiled the experience.
I would also suggest more than 2 pieces of bread with the platter.
