We had a wonderful visit to the Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel on 27th August, and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish.
The hotel is beautiful, with a real sense of luxury but still feeling warm and welcoming. What really stood out for us, though, was the exceptional service and the little touches that make you feel genuinely looked after.
A special mention has to go to David, who was absolutely lovely. He was so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. His genuine warmth and professionalism really made our visit extra special.
It’s people like David who make you want to come back, and Susan and I both left saying we would definitely like to return and book another visit.
Thank you to the whole team for making our visit so enjoyable — and especially to David for making us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Snow shower not available, straighteners not working, dirty glasses very poor experience.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Checking in was easy and made to feel like a special experience.
Not all facilities were open which was disappointing.
Would benefit from bags for wet swimwear and conditioner in ladies showers. Had conditioning shampoo but this was poor.
Tepidarium was cool compared to experiences in other spas.
More beds would be good but appreciate space limited. Ones there were reserved despite signage not to.
Glass of Prosecco was included in offer, lovely that we were able to have this in the cocktail bar.
Despite feedback this was really good experience and would both return and recommend.
The food was delicious and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.

My husband and I enjoyed our lunch. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Definitely be back again soon.

Great relaxing experience

It was very relaxing and tranquil. All of the experience rooms weren't crowded and everything was very clean and hygienic. The 2 things I would improve is the snow room & the water. The snow room was unfortunately out of order when we visited and it would provide a nice cool down experience after all of the hot experiences. The drinking water was tepid where I would've much preferred an option for ice cold water.
Other than those 2 small improvements, this experience was perfect.

The service was perfect, the salon where they served afternoon tea was beautiful & the afternoon tea itself was just luxurious.
