Erin was so efficient and helped me relax very quickly. She was informative and explained everything to help me enjoy my time in the Spa area. I had some lunch after my Spa. It too was lovely. Although the menu was very limited.

I love the spa here, it feels luxurious. Staff friendly and helpful and facilities are good. My only little niggle would be to possibly have a non alcoholic prosecco option to swap out so it feels like you're still having a glass of bubbles without the alcohol for drivers/ non drinkers.

My friend and I had the most blissful, chilled Sunday in the Spa at Blythswood Square. Fabulous facilities and warm and friendly staff made our afternoon at the spa just perfect. If only every Sunday involved Jacuzzi bubbles followed by Prosecco bubbles!
Felt like a gym

Unfortunately, we were let down by the thermal suite, which did not meet our expectations for the following reasons: changing room facilities not working (hair straighteners and dryers) and overcrowding which made it into a poor atmosphere. We were given a locker to share between 3 people and when questioned, the spa was simply overbooked. Therefore, sharing was the only option. There was only 1 straightener in the dresser room functioning at the time when about 20 people were finishing their session at the one time, 3 changing rooms and 1 toilet.
The experience did not feel luxury at all, instead it felt like a gym changing room. The bali beds by the pool have been misleading as in latest photos, this is what it was advertised for. Instead, it was normal singular loungers which I wasn't aware of. The relaxing room had a bed out of order which made the capacity of that room from 5 people to 4. Normally this would be okay if 16 people were using the spa at the one time. However, with a high traffic of people. This put a dampener on our experience.

Myself and two friends had a lovely afternoon at the thermal experience - really relaxing, lots of space and not over crowded. We’d all definitely recommend and the glass of Prosecco in the restaurant after definitely was the little cherry on top.

Yes please make sure the very wet floors within the spa area are mobbed up more frequently as they are an accident waiting to happen. No lighting on the walls of the Salt room. Some maintenance required throughout the spa.
