The lanterns are amazing. The catering facilities were abysmal. We were expecting marshmallows to toast but there weren't any. To be fair we were offered a cookie instead but we were looking forward to the marshmallows. There was also limited food in the zoos main restaurant which was surprising as I would have thought the zoo would have been able to cater for all the people attending the lanterns. On the plus side one of our party was lactose intolerant and her needs were well covered.

I did enjoy but it would have been betr if arrrows had been in place to follow , went up a dead end! Hot choc drink was good as it was sooo cold night . Shame we had to pay for car park,

Lanterns were fantastic, disappointing no toasted marshmallows, got cookie instead which wasn't the nicest and hot chocolate was cold

Good deal with Itison! 3 children 6 Adults (3 generations) and we all loved it. A fabulous experience for the whole family and the included marshmallows and coffee/juice were a nice touch. Would highly recommend

Evening at the lanterns was great. A bit crowded at some points but that was due to people getting pictures with the lanterns so was happy to wait. Wee bit of confusion over where we could get a free hot drink with the counters given at reception. Overall 10/10

We visited as a family to see the lanterns, they were amazing,so much hard work has had to have went into all the preparations of them they were stunning! It Was definitely worth every penny.
