Moth central

Stayed on floor 7. All 3 rooms had moth traps and holes in the carpet. There was a moth flying round my room. On checking skirting there was dead moths in the carpet and bits left from previous guests. Vacuuming must not be happening as holes in one room were central. Before finding all this we were enjoying our stay. At breakfast had to ask about eggs which turned out were from Europe so couldn't have them.

Have stayed at the hotel many times and always find it very enjoyable. Clean and comfortable. Staff most helpful. Breakfasts with lots of choices and very good. Will be back again sometime soon.

It was not what I expected. The staff were not very friendly. The breakfast was poor and most things cold. The plus side was the room was good. Asked to see catering manager but he was conveniently not there was told the complaint would be noted. Nothing done.

We had a great stay . Location, rooms and breakfast were fab. Lewis who served us in the bar was super friendly and professional and a credit to the Leonardo team
