Very disappointing visit - we have used this spa many times and I have to say this is one of the worst spa visits we have ever been to
The rasul experience was a nightmare from the beginning, the steam didn’t work so I had to go out and find someone to help after we had applied the mud - to then be told she had been to the cupboard and sorted the issue,the steam lasted for about 3 minutes then went off again so we decided to just give up showered and left
We did report this to the 2 young girls when leaving who giggled to each other and told us they didn’t deal with these issues and that we had to go to reception - on going to reception the young boy did try his best to help took my number to pass on to the manager and I still had had no contact which really isn’t great service at all
On the plus side lunch was great and the service in the restaurant was lovely compared to the spa

The pool area needs a bit of upgrade. The loungers have spilts and tears in them .

I would have to say it was average which was disappointing. There were beds within the pool area that were noticeably damaged, the handle on the glass door of the sauna was hanging off and clattered every time the door was opened clear health and safety risk. The were little fans/ heaters plugged in and left lying on the floor clear trip hazard. The area before getting to the pool just looked really untidy and not relaxing with robes and towels lying all over the place. Restaurant for lunch the staff was very attentive but the spa lunch of soup and sandwich was so underwhelming, soup was watery and bland and the sandwiches looked like it was for a kids birthday party no garnish or anything. I requested maybe a little side salad to accompany it and was offered a Turkish salad or something this came made with baby gem lettuce and a creamy what seemed like a cooking cheese. Extremely disappointing. The treatments were amazing and exceeded my daughter in law and I’d expectation given what the day had been like so far so well done to the therapist’s. This was a joint birthday treat and feel really embarrassed that this is what I had given my daughter in law. I get it was busy but definitely feel let down.

It took us a couple of visits to get the day out sorted, we have a mid afternoon Rasul so we can use the gym and pool all morning then relax in the sauna/steam room before the Rasul. Take a tissue in to clear your eyes (if needed) makes life so much nicer...recommended for a chilled day out with a partner

The treatments were lovely and very relaxing. The staff both in the spa and the leisure area were very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was great and I would definitely go again.

Lovely day. Only issue was we had been asked to have lunch in normal clothes, normally robes are the normal. This was a shame as meant 2 extra times needing access to a small busy change room.

We had an amazing day. Our treatments were excellent with lovely therapists.
We loved the whole ambience and finished off with a lovely lunch.
All staff very friendly and helpful.
Can't wait to come back. Great vale.
