As always, we had a great meal in Red Onion. The food here is excellent as is the service. I had items off the vegan menu (although I am vegetarian) and they delicious. We will return.

only thing is it’s advertised as two courses so we assumed you could get either a starter or a sweet but you can only get starter and main course amazing food tho can’t complain but be better to let people know thank you

Truly delicious Sunday Lunch. Great wine, brilliant staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
Been twice before once for a weekday lunch and once for an evening meal. Love this restaurant, it’s got the lot. ❤️

It was strange going back to Red Onion after the sudden passing of its Chef and owner John.
He would almost always network with the customers and his charm and good humour and banter will be hugely missed.
Food as always was great so much so we're going back this weekend.

From entering the premises we impressed by the layout ,atmosphere and ambiance.it got better !! .. the waiter/waitresses were superb with the knowledge of the food and friendly as if they knew us.the food was above my partners expectation,ive been before so understood she would be surprised in a good way,we are going back again and again.i want to thank the manageress and ALL THE STAFF for a beautiful Sunday.
