My friend and I went for lunch to Taypark and we were not disappointed. We both had caesar salad which was amazing and 2 different desserts, which were delicious. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. It has lovely views

We received a very warm welcome from the staff. Variety of choices on menu. My husband ordered Cullen skink which is his favourite.. however he wasn't impressed by it.... tasted bland and mostly potatoes & not enough fish.. He then had sea bass which he enjoyed. I had the chicken followed by sticky toffee pudding both were very good .
The exterior of hotel and parts of interior are requiring some TLC. However we would come back due to the staff and value for money paid using Itison voucher.
Pleasant staff. Food was fine although my companion found it a bit too heavy on the cream.

Our latest visit to Taypark house lived up to our expectations. We were quickly seated and after choosing our dishes were tucking into delicious food. The food was well presented and tasted fabulous. This is a fantastic venue.

What can I say the food was excellent and so different, praise to the chef.Cooked perfectly and presented perfectly as well. The dinning room is so lovely and the staff were lovely and attentive and genuine.
Plenty of parking also and the grounds round the hotel lovely. 5 stars would definitely recommend

Arbroath smokie Cullen skink, crispy sea bass in caper and white wine sauce and chocolate fondant were all delicious.
Unfortunately the roast beef was tough and chewy although the roast accompaniments were tasty. No complaints on service however we did have to request the two glasses of Prosecco as part of the deal. Would definitely return if itison voucher was available.
