No brown bread

Has been recently refurbished and looks lovely. The menu was extensive and the portions were very generous, however I was disappointed when I asked for a prawn sandwich on brown bread to be told they didn't have brown bread.
What restaurant doesn't have brown bread !!!
The sandwich was full of prawns but was spoilt by the white bread. Prices were very reasonable.

Staff seemed to lack training.
We were served starters extremely quickly after ordering, only to find out that they should have been served to other customers who had ordered the same dishes long before we did.
My partner was almost finished eating her main course before her accompanying side dish was eventually served, after pointing out that it was missing. We had been told that it was following when our mains were initially served to our table but we had to request again as nothing appeared.
Staff did not record orders. Seemed to be relying on memory. We were aware of a few mistakes around us as food was delivered to tables.
Seemed to be a lot of mix up and confusion.
