Our stay here was very good. Breakfast at hotel was delicous. I used the pool on both days which I really enjoyed. I think the restaurant menu could be doing with a few changes to encourage people to eat in.

We booked via Itison deal. On arrival we were booked into a lodge outside, when i asked the receptionist if we could be moved, she said not a problem and booked us into the main hotel. Our stay was relaxing and really enjoyable. Staff are a credit to this hotel.

Husband enjoyed the spa.
Heating in our room didn’t work when we turned it on, was a cold night, staff had it working next day
No Stornaway black pudding although it is specifically advertised.
Very noisy neighbours in next room, at one point thought there was going to be a fight, quietened after midnight. Not management fault.
Staff all very nice, friendly and helpful. Menu good.
You need a car to stay here as nothing within walking distance. Must have been a nice place before motorways took over
