Lovely treatments. Didn’t feel rushed. Treatments were done by Taylor and were excellent. Lunch wasn’t included in our package however we had a light lunch there and it was really very nice and freshly prepared. Staff very professional in the restaurant too

Lunch a bit basic. Soup was lovely. 4 finger sandwiches on a large plate, would’ve been nice with a little bit of salad.

This was not the 1st time I visited for a Spa Day but was definitely the worst by far.
Ladies changing area and toilets badly need upgraded. Lockers a nightmare to work and nobody on hand to help.
Few people in pool however every chair around that area had a towel or dressing gown on them so we couldn't get to use or sit together.
Treatment should have lasted 55 mins but was lucky it lasted 40 and was so disappointing. A very inexperienced therapist.
Inchyra you need to up your game or you will continue to lose repeat customers.

We had a lovely spa day at Inchyra, facilities are really nice, modern, and spotlessly clean. Helen did my massage and she was really nice and the massage was so therapeutic.

I bought the voucher as a birthday present for my partner and tagged along too. We were a bit late on arrival but the receptionist ushered us through very quickly, which was great. The two therapists were excellent. Our treatments included a back, neck and shoulder massage and a mini facial. I felt so relaxed during the treatment and my partner said the same. Afterwards, our skin was glowing!
Expensive for what was offered

The spa was relaxing and clean. Receptionist very welcoming. The loungers were limited and often all taken leaving nowhere to sit. The “hot beds” were cold and despite paying for a 55 minute treatment, I only received 40 minutes which was very disappointing. The relaxation room after the treatment was nice although we were told to help ourselves to some water or tea/coffee and there was none left. Not worth the price paid in my opinion.
Leisure facilities are a bit lacking but the spa is great. Would recommend.

Leisure facilities need a jacuzzi or similar. Thermal beds weren’t working. Generally good experience. Could do with more cubicles in the changing rooms (only one in the fame changing).

Nice but expensive

Massage and facial were good but noticed the room I was in had a dirty floor which kind of put me off. Very busy and no jacuzzi but a very nice way to spend a few hours. Was nice but probably wouldn't go back again

Inchyra is one of my favourite hotels been going there for past 25 years . Yes it’s changed a lot for the better x spa days are always great x most enjoyable and will be back x
