The treatments were excellent as was the afternoon tea. However was disappointed that the steam room was not working so was closed and there was very little space to swim as the pool has children's lessons that day.

Nice massage but a relaxing spa

The spa needs to decide if it wants to in fact be a relaxing spa or a public swimming pool. I have now visited on 2 occasions and there have been children's swimming lessons, so screaming kids the entire time I have been using the spa facilities. It's not exactly conducive of the relaxing break you hope for when away from your own kids and family to take some time out.
It has put me off booking a stay with a spa and massage again.

Lovely welcome and ise of pool and steam/sauna made a great start to my pamper day.
Heather my therapist was friendly and welcoming explained what was going to happen and felt instantly relaxed.
Massage was perfect just the right amount of pressure. It was lovely that she regularly checked I was comfortable.
The facial was exactly what my skin needed.
Again Heather was so relaxing and so professional.
She explained what she had used and why.
Definitely want to go back to Heather for more treatments.
Afternoon tea was really nice and they were so kind offering boxes to take home what I couldn't eat. Such friendly attentive service.
Totally recommend Ardoe Spa and Ardoe Hotel.

Fantastic treatments form Lauren and Heather, excellent service both in the Spa and restaurant and a truly delicious afternoon tea! The only down side was the pool area which is a bit tired and not really ‘spa like’ . However, the rest of the experience made up for that and the sauna, steam room and hot tub were still very nice to use. I would really recommend this itison experience!
