Upgrading done to the previous function hall into a very comfortable dining room. Food was delicious. Staff were attentive and not overbearing. Beware; some of the dishes are cooked to order so take some time.
Room was clean and pleasant with a nice outlook onto the garden. We'll be back soon.

Would recommend. Everything was as advertised. Well organised with excellent breakfast selection and varied dinner menu. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large comfortable room with all facilities as advertised. Walking distance for all local amenities and only a few yards from train station to rear of hotel.

Lovely welcome from staff. Our room faced the garden and had a wonderful huge window which opened right up - perfect for a hot Summer night. We were a bit worried about the closeness if the railway station but we never heard a thing. The room was spotless. The breakfast was tasty with lots of variety. Looking forward to our next visit in August
