The room was exceptionally dusty. More dusting/hoovering needed.

Overall we enjoyed the break however using the voucher was a real challenge! We showed the voucher on check in which included £35pp for dinner. When we went to the restaurant we were told we were on a B & B only deal. We challenged that and were told we could have starter & Main or main & desert from a limited menu. We said that it was a £35 pp allowance and they disagreed and said it was £25pp. Again showing the voucher it was finally agreed. We were then given a bill for extras after dinner, which we paid and then on check out we were told we had to pay for dinner!! It was all very stressful and not at all relaxing. The staff were not very friendly or apologetic. I would not recommend

We were both very happy with our room and staff especially Ryan were very attentive .The breakfast was full to the brim with lots of options to suit myself and grandson . He especially loved your croissants. The only disappointing part was our meal at night. We vith chose steaks one was a rump and the other a t bone. Both were tough and not tasty but overall service and accommodation plus the surrounding areas like ghe park were great. Say we never git the chance to sample the pool or ice skating but we will definitely be back.

We certainly enjoy our time at Macdonald Aviemore Highland Resort, a wonderful relaxing time which we usually participate in twice a year. The staff on reception certainly make you feel welcome on arrival which is always a good start. However. Restaurant staff could be a bit more proactive and connect more with the customers I personally feel that the restaurant staff are unable to connect with customers due to their lack of communication skills where they can lay out a table in any restaurant environment anywhere in the world but lack the basic skill of communicating the English language

Facilities for kids are brilliant I went with my daughter fir a girls trip. However the room was really dated and needed some tlc. Grout in bathroom was all black. Noisy corridor doors which opened all the time so resulted in a rubbish night's sleep.
