The Glenmoriston is a very well presented hotel - very clean and tidy.
All the staff we encountered were very nice welcoming and willing.
The Dining Room had a good ambiance and the food was very good
All in all we thoroughly enjoyed the visit
Excellent service and value for money

Just stayed at the Glenmoriston Townhouse Hotel in room 2 ie a Comfort Deluxe room and can only say our stay was brilliant. The room is very large with all the amenities you would expect. The staff were very welcoming and polite. The food in the restaurant was lovely with a great choice on the A la Carte. And the location is right by the River Ness. The newly refurbished Castle is 10 mins walk away as are the main shopping area.
Excellent stay

Only thing with this stay was there was only a bath with a shower hose no curtain on the bath or shower screen it was room 11 . Very slow to fill a bath as well water just a slow trickle. Bed really comfy though. Tv a bit of a problem as well had to have help from reception to get it working. Won’t put us off of using the hotel again it is very central food lovely and staff always pleasant and very friendly and helpful.
