The entire day was lovely as we were celebrating a birthday. No issues with food or staff HOWEVER the place was freezing. Another customer mentioned to me as we got chatting. We highlighted to staff and the apologised and put in an electric heater.

Easy to book online using ITISON voucher. A friendly and efficient greeting on arrival. The menu was explained in a really effective way and extra no cost options given.
We were both very happy with the meal. If I was pressed for one thing to be improved that would be the coleslaw served with the excellent beef burger, it just didn’t taste very fresh to me. The desserts were very enjoyable. The wine we had was superb.
Overall an excellent meal.

Been many times and never disappoints, great atmosphere with food to a high standard and excellent customer service. Just love the ambience the restaurant oozes!
If there is to be an improvement my only thoughts would be to change the menu, been the same for quite some time.
