Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The service was friendly and efficient. The meals we had were excellent. I had the West house pasta special and my wife had the beef ragu and both were excellent. A nice bottle of wine washed it down very nicely.
We will certainly be back.
Amazing food, cocktails and service

We recently visited the West House for lunch. Unfortunately, we discovered that our Itison voucher was only valid for dinner. However, a very kind member of staff allowed us to use the voucher for lunch, which we really appreciated.
We ordered a gluten-free pizza, a salad, and cocktails, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, full of flavour, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. A big thank you again to the team for their kindness and flexibility.

One piece of feedback regarding Itison vouchers is that I now feel a little hesitant about purchasing them in the future. Many come with numerous terms and conditions, such as being restricted to certain days, times, or menu items, which can make them feel less flexible and, at times, less value for money. While this doesn't reflect on the West House itself, a simpler and more flexible voucher experience would certainly encourage me to purchase them again.

We got two pizza for £20 which in my opinion was so worth the price. The pizza were absolutely lovely, very fresh, and homemade, really cheesy on a thin pizza base, so delicious.
It was rather busy, but to be expected.
Lovely staff too.
