Every single member of staff couldn’t have been more helpful, from reception, lounge, bar, breakfast service.
We liked the feel to the hotel and its’ location. Our room was at the back of the hotel so a bit noisy first thing in the morning when the bar below was having deliveries. Our room had a nice feel to it and the bathroom was lovely. They were kept spotlessly clean as was the hotel itself. Storage wardrobe/drawers in the room were very good. There was a great variety at breakfast. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely return.

It was a great break. Hotel and room beautifully decorated and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful and the food was excellent.

We have stayed at the Grand twice a year for many years now . It's great , fabulous views , spotlessly clean , lovely staff , the best breakfasts . In fact can't praise it enough 11/10 !!!

On the 2nd morning we presumed they were short staffed at breakfast as the fruit juices were finished as was the fresh fruit salad, we asked for toast but there was no butter with it and the waiter kept apologising about the length of time people had to wait on their cooked breakfast.

We had a room with a great view of the beach, nice room and bathroom ( good be better with King size bed) good bar menu and great breakfast served in dining room, friendly staff. A nice old hotel with beautiful staircase.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, I love it when the itison vouchers come up, it's an excuse to go! Can't wait to be back there 💗👌
