Fed up, with same old same old, then it's time to eat Monkfish Scampi, freshly baked Chicken and Chorizo pie in a cast iron tray, and Cot De Beouf, a taste sensation, best ave tried in cool and funky place 👌

Without a voucher would be an expensive set lunch. The service charge is sneakily added onto voucher price which we did not expect to happen. Fair enough to add on to something you order on the day but onto something paid for weeks ago, no thanks. Hate the discretionary service charge anyway, should have taken it off but that's a pain and slightly embarrassing.

Duke st is vibrant, the usual suspects seem to be mobbed, as a dennistonian a just don’t know why, as the loveable Rogue does the best food anywhere to be found, a must try place.

This is the finest food you will ever eat. The Chicken and Chorizo pie and Monkfish Scampi are quite simply the best 👌

Food was lovely sides can be slightly overpriced. Nice atmosphere and there was good deals on outwith the itison deal.

Had 5 sharing plates - Itison deal- chicken/chorizo pie, grilled leeks with feta, black pudding scotch egg, fish and chips and goats cheese, beetroot and walnut salad.
All were lovely - the 2 veg ones were pretty skimpy for a dish that costs very little. Only a Sprinkling of goats cheese and feta on them. Very tasty though. Fish was very small with 3 chips. Pie was a reasonable size but lacked flavour.
Our overall feeling was that at £29 for the 5 we would have been better having the 3 for £21 which is on the menu then we could have added another small plate and a side dish (which looked good ) for not much more than we paid. Asked but couldn’t swap sides for small plates unfortunately. Did enjoy our lunch though and I would say definitely give it a try but as an Itison deal it wasn’t that great.
