Staff was lovely and made us feel welcome. We were the only people in the dining room for lunch - not surprisingly.
Starters we’re OK - soup seemed freshly made, hummus was fine but served with cheap, packet-flatbread.
Main courses were awful!! I had seitan chicken salad. The seitan was tough as old boots and tasteless, the salad was masses of leaves and various thawed green beans, dressed with tasteless oil. I didn’t eat any of it. My husband had fish and chips. Chips were from a frozen-pack but worst was the fish which was badly cooked, dry and tasteless, served in a huge mass of batter. He also left his meal!! We went and ate elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel - didn’t know it existed in small street in the Southside of the city. Fairy ordinary food but delicious and well presented. 3 excellent courses & a glass of Prosecco - couldn’t be beaten! Exceptional service. 5 Stars 10 Hill Place. We’ll be back!

First time at this venue, lovely setting, food was good. Restaurant was quiet so staff had no issue with us eating & talking at a leisurely pace.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Ten Hill Place, this was our second stay here and was just as satisfying.
From reception staff to dining staff and everyone in between they are a credit to the company.

Disappointed ,they had a party arrive the same time as my party of 4 .
They were aware we were going to see War Horse at the Festival Theatre for 2-30 pm but in the end we didn't have time to finish our sweet .
Have been last year and stayed for 2 nights with friends and it was very good hence the return

We really enjoyed our meal at Ten Hill Place .
The menu we were expecting with the deal had changed, but lucky there was a couple of things that we both liked.
